Dana Caro was born and raised in Southern California. She attended California State University, Northridge for her Bachelors degree, and received her Masters with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Azusa Pacific University. Dana has taught second grade students in the Arcadia Unified School District, located in the San Gabriel Valley, for the past 14 years. Mrs. Caro has been recognized by the PTA at her school with an "Honorary Service" award, and by her Longley Way Elementary School colleagues with "Profiles in Excellence." She is a BTSA Support Provider, mentoring new teachers. In her spare time, Dana enjoys traveling and light hiking. She also enjoys singing and is a member of the City of Hope Singers, a group that carols to hospital patients in Duarte once a month. In the classroom, Mrs. Caro enjoys teaching the arts and reading aloud to her students.
Michelle Merhaut Fisher is a mother of two boys - one in high school and the other is 2 years old. She is the owner of two companies based in Southern California. Her family, including her parents and close friends is her number one priority, then work, and then fun. She tries to live a very healthy, active lifestyle with balance.
Linda Pool hails from Port Arthur, Texas, and has been
teaching for over 30 years: She has
taught Early Childhood, Montessori, Preschool, 1st- 3rd
grades, ESL, Spanish, Junior High, and High School. She is also a Mentor Mom at her church. She is also active with Acteens, a group for
9th grade girls. She has three grown children and three
grandchildren. Her favorite activities
with her grandchildren is taking them to the park, go hiking, swimming,
exploring, baking cookies, constructing with blocks, sculpting with play doh or
clay or bread dough, going to the movies, and reading to them.

He is a married father of one 4-year old girl whom he enjoys taking to sporting events, amusement parks and other venues where there are opportunities to introduce her to something new and amazing (in her eyes). Kenyatta loves spectator sports, technology, and music but his favorite hobby is taking photos, videos and blogging about his daughter. He holds a BA in Radio-Television from San Francisco State University and a MA in Communications Management from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication.
